2003 yılında, İstanbul’un en büyük ilçesi olan Bakırköy’de açılışı gerçekleşen Town Center, 2005’te Ece Türkiye Proje Yönetimi A.Ş. tarafından devralınmıştır. Ece Türkiye Proje Yönetimi A.Ş. , dünya çapında 14 farklı ülkede ve Türkiye’de de İstanbul, Ankara, Eskişehir ve Antalya gibi önemli şehirlerde faaliyet göstermektedir.

   Farklı konseptte pek çok alışveriş merkezinin bulunduğu günümüzde, Bakırköy’ ün TAM MERKEZİNDE olması sebebiyle ulaşımın kolaylığı, müşteri portföyünün seçkinliği ve birbirinden değerli mağazaları ile diğer alışveriş merkezlerinin arasından sıyrılan Town Center Alışveriş Merkezi, değerli müşterilerine en iyi hizmeti sunabilmek için çalışmalarını sürdürüyor.
   Tanınmış Türk markalarının yanında, dünyaca ünlü yabancı markaların da bulunduğu bünyesinde 55 mağazası ile müşterileri için küçük ama samimi bir atmosfer yaratan Town Center, muhteşem deniz manzaralı, food court ile bağlantılı olan terası ile de ön plana çıkıyor. Town Center güzel bir manzara eşliğinde yemek ve sohbet keyfi için tüm müşterilerini TERASA davet ediyor.
   Tecrübeli yönetimi ve güler yüzlü çalışanları ile müşterilerinin kendilerini evlerinde hissetmeleri için farklı ve özel çalışmalar yapmaya devam eden Town Center, 2009’da da sürprizlerle müşterilerinin karşısına çıkmayı planlıyor.
   Food court ve mağazalarının dışında çocuk oyun alanları ve ilk üç saat için ücretsiz olan 450 araçlık otoparkı ile 7 kata yayılan alışveriş merkezi, büyük-küçük tüm müşterilerinin ihtiyaçlarını karşılarken yenilikleri ile vazgeçilmez bir alışveriş merkezi olmayı devam ettirecektir.
