YÖK, Meslek Yüksek Okulları ile İlgili Yeni Bir Projeye İmza Atıyor. Myo Mezunu Öğrenciler Bir Taraftan Çalışırken Diğer Yandan 4 Yıllık Fakülte Mezunu Olacak.

Yükseköğretim Kurulu (YÖK) bir yandan katsayı sorununa yeni bir çözüm ararken diğer yandan da meslek yüksek okulları öğrencilerini sevindirecek bir projeye imza attı.

PROJE DERSLERi ÖNEMLi

Projeye göre, Meslek Yüksek Okulu'ndan mezun olanlar çalışırken 4 yıllık fakülte mezunu olabilecek. YÖK Başkanı Prof. Dr. Yusuf Ziya Özcan "Öğrenciler çalışırken üniversiteyle bağlantılı proje derslerini vererek fakülte bitirebilecekler. Bu projenin üzerinde özenle çalışıyoruz" diye konuştu. ingiltere'de olduğu gibi çalışarak okuma imkanı sağlayan bu projeye göre, MYO'da okuyan öğrencilerin ders kredileri hesaplanacak.

EK KREDi ALACAK

Çalışırken ek kredi alan öğrenciye ayrıca üniversite proje dersleri verecek. Bu dersleri başarı ile geçen öğrenci lisans diploması alabilecek. Böylece öğrenci 4 yıllık fakülte hakkı elde etmiş olacak.

MEZUNLARA MÜJDE

MYO'lerden mezun olup çalışmaya devam eden öğrenciler de 4 yıllık üniversite diploması alabilecek. Üniversite ile ilişkilendirilen öğrenciler tıpkı lisedekiler gibi proje derslerini verirlerse fakülte diploması alabilecek.

ÖĞRENCiLERiN NiTELiKLERi ARTACAK

YÖK Başkanı Yusuf Ziya Özcan, projeye ilişkin şunları söyledi: "ingiltere'deki uygulamaları göz önünde bulundurarak öğrencilerimiz için güzel şeyler yapmak istiyoruz. 1 milyondan fazla 2 yıllık okuldan mezun öğrenci var. Öğrencilerimizin yurtdışında olduğu gibi ders kredisini artırmayı ve üniversite mezunu olmalarını sağlayacağız. Bu öğrencilerin nitelikleri artırılırsa ülkemizin üretim gücü artar."
