Toplu Konut İdaresi (TOKİ), İstanbul'un Bakırköy ilçesi Ataköy sahilinde bulunan arsaların satış ve kiralanması için 9 Aralık'ta ihale yapacak

Toplu Konut İdaresi (TOKİ) Başkanlığı, daha uygun hale getirilmiş koşullarla; İstanbul’da 11 adet kıymetli arsanın satışı ve 1 adet kıymetli arsanın kiralanması için ihale düzenledi. İstanbul’da 11 adet kıymetli arsa, açık artırma ile yüzde 18 KDV’siz ve komisyonsuz olarak peşin muhammen bedeller üzerinden satışa sunulacak. Ayrıca 1 adet kıymetli arsa, açık artırma ile 49 yıllığına kiraya verilecek.

Ataköy sahilinde bulunan turizm ve rekreasyon alanı olarak belirlenen 11 bin 950 metrekarelik arsa 65 milyon 728 bin 960 TL, 41 bin 417 metrekarelik arsa 227 milyon 798 bin 560 TL, 35 bin 989 metrekarelik arsa ise 197 milyon 943 bin 900 TL muhammen bedel üzerinden satılacak. Bakırköy Şenlik Mahallesi’nde bulunan 44 bin 325 metrekarelik ticaret arsasının muhammen bedeli 141 milyon 842 bin 688 TL olarak belirlenirken; 18 bin 917 metrekarelik ticaret arsası 60 milyon 534 bin 528 TL’ye, 2 bin 407 metrekarelik akaryakıt istasyonu arsası 8 milyon 185 bin 568 TL’ye, 13 bin 978 metrekarelik konut arsası 30 milyon 753 bin 382 TL’ye, 2 bin 573 metrekarelik özel kreş arsası 3 milyon 859 bin 935 TL’ye satılacak.
Maltepe Gülsuyu Mahallesi’nde bulunan 5 bin 577 metrekarelik ticaret ve konut arsasının muhammen bedeli 8 milyon 366 bin 190 TL, 7 bin 740 metrekarelik ticaret ve konut arsasının muhammen bedeli 11 milyon 610 bin 405 TL, 7 bin 669 metrekarelik ticaret ve konut arsasının muhammen bedeli ise 11 milyon 504 bin 325 TL olarak belirlendi.
Ataköy sahilinde bulunan 59 bin 799 metrekarelik arsa ise yılda 6 milyon TL + KDV muhammen bedel üzerinden 49 yıllığına kiraya verilecek. Kiralamaya konu taşınmaz için kiracı, kiralanan taşınmaz üzerindeki tescilli yapılarla ilgili gerekli koruma önlemlerini alacak.Kira bedeline yıllık ÜFE artış oranı uygulanacak. Ancak, 49 yıllık kiranın peşin ödenmesi durumunda yüzde 40 indirim uygulanacak, peşin ödemeyi taahhüt eden kiracı tercih edilecek. En yüksek 49 yıllık kira bedelini peşin ödemeyi taahhüt eden, kira bedelini vadeli ödemek isterse yüzde 20’si peşin 48 ay vade ile ödeme yapabilecek. Vadeli ödeme bedeli, Ziraat Bankası’nın TOKİ’ye kredi verirken uyguladığı faizi dikkate alınarak, üzerine 0,5 puan eklenerek hesaplanacak ve hesaplanan bakiye borç tutarının 48 eşit taksite bölünmesi ile taksit tutarları belirlenecek.

Toplu Konut İdaresi (TOKİ), İstanbul'un Bakırköy ilçesi Ataköy sahilinde bulunan, kamuoyunda tartışmalara neden olan ve mahkemenin yürütmeyi durdurma kararı nedeniyle ihalesi son anda durdurulan arsaların satış ve kiralanması için 9 Aralık'ta ihale yapacak. TOKİ'nin internet sitesinde yer alana duyuruya göre ihale, 9 Aralık günü saat 15:00'de TOKİ'nin Bilkent'teki merkezinde yapılacak.

TOKİ, daha önce söz konusu arsaların satış ve kiralanması için 19 Ağustos'ta açtığı ihaleyi, mahkemenin 13 Ağustos'ta aldığı yürütmeyi durdurma kararı nedeniyle, ihale tarihinden 2 gün önce iptal etmişti. Ataköy'deki arsanın satış işlemi için DATİ Yatırım Holding A.Ş. tarafından TOKİ aleyhine açılan davada daha önce yürütmeyi durdurma kararı veren İstanbul 5. İdare Mahkemesi, TOKİ'nin savunmasını yapmasından sonra dava hakkında ret kararı vermişti.
