da Vinci robotu Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Ameliyatları Artık 'da Vinci' Robotu ile Gerçekleştiriliyor. Robotik Cerrahi Sistemin Son Ürünü Olan Davinci Sistemini Basına Tanıtan Prof. Dr. Ali İhsan Taşçı, Robotik Sistemle Yapılan Ameliyatlarda Başarı Oranının Daha Yüksek Olduğunu Belirtti.

Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi ameliyatları artık 'Da Vinci' robotu ile gerçekleştiriliyor. Robotik cerrahi sistemin son ürünü olan Davinci sistemini basına tanıtan Prof. Dr. Ali İhsan Taşçı, robotik sistemle yapılan ameliyatlarda başarı oranının daha yüksek olduğunu belirtti. Taşçı, Üroloji, KBB ve çeşitli kanser ameliyatlarında kullanılan sistemin hem hastaya hem de hekime büyük konfor sağladığını ve tedavi kalitesini arttırdığını söyledi.

Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'nde; Ankara ve Ümraniye eğitim araştırma hastanelerinden sonra kullanılmaya başlanan robotik cerrahi sistem, tavuk üzerinde yapılan bir ameliyatla basına tanıtıldı. İstanbul Sağlık Müdürü Ali İhsan Dokucu, hastane Başhekimi Zafer Çukurova ve ameliyatlarda robotik cerrahi sistemi kullanan doktorların katıldığı tanıtım ameliyatı tavuk butu üzerinde yapıldı. Sistem hakkında bilgi veren Prof. Dr. Ali İhsan Taşçı, "Robotik cerrahi sistem laparoskopik cerrahinin geldiği en son noktadan bir tanesi." dedi. Sistemin diğer yöntemlerden farkını anlatan Taşçı, "Robotik cerrahide cerrah 3 boyutlu görüyor. Laparoskopide iki boyutlu görüyor. İkincisi küçük bölgeleri büyütme özelliği var. Başka bir özellik de cerrahın ameliyat yaparken içinde bulunduğu konfor. Masa başında ayakta 3-4 saat ameliyat yapan bir cerrah düşünün. Bedeni yorulacak. Yorgunlukla birlikte titremeler olacak. Öte taraftan bilgisayarın başında joistikleri yönlendirerek kısa sürede ameliyat yapan bir cerrah düşünün işte bu sistemin böyle bir farkı var." dedi.

Robotik Cerrahi Sistemin uzmanı olan Prof. Dr. Ali İhsan Taşçı, sistemin Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'nde 6 aydır kullanıldığını belirtti. Robotik Cerrahi sitemin idrar kaçırma ve cinsel fonksiyon bozukluğu ameliyatlarında sorunu minimum seviyeye indirdiğini belirten Taşçı, "Elin ve gözün ulaşamadığı ameliyatlarda, uzun süre devam eden büyük ameliyatlarda çok başarılı olan bir sistem." diye konuştu.

Tanıtım ameliyatına katılan İstanbul Sağlık Müdürü Ali İhsan Dokucu da 8 yıl önce Amerika'da katıldığı bir ameliyatta kullanılan sistemin Türkiye'de kamu hastanelerinde artık kullanılıyor olmasının son derece sevindirici olduğunu söyledi. Sağlık alanında büyük mesafeler alındığını kaydeden Dokucu, "Avrupa yakasında kamu hastaneleri içinde robotik cerrahi ameliyatların yapıldığı ilk yer Bakırköy oldu. Kamu hastaneleri sağlıkta dönüşüm programı çerçevesinde önce mantıki bir değişim yaşadı. Ardından idari reform ve finansal reformlarını yaşadılar. Finans açısından da personel açısından da eski ile karşılaştırdığımızda olağanüstü bir değişim arz ediyor. Bütün bunlar bu değişimin yansımaları. Artık bu hastanelere de dijital radyolojinin kurulduğu, hastaların bütün bilgilerinin dijital ortama atıldığı, ameliyathanelerinin tamamen finomatik sitemle havalandırma sistemlerinin profesyonelce organize edildiği hastaneler şimdi bu bir taç gibi oluyor. Sistemi sağlık sektörüne kazandıranlara teşekkür ediyorum." dedi.

"ROBOTİK CERRAHİ SİSTEMLE YAPILAN AMELİYATLAR SGK TARAFINDAN KARŞILANMIYOR"

Robotik cerrahi sistemle yapılan ameliyatların Sosyal Sigortalar Kurumu tarafından karşılanmadığını belirten Dokucu, kamu hastanelerinde bu ameliyatların ek bir ödeme karşılığında yapıldığını söyledi.

Dokucu, sistemin devamlılığı için ödenek gerekiyor. Masraflı bir cerrahi. Dışarıda 30 bin 40 bin liraya yapıldığı bir ameliyatın burada tamamen SGK'nın şemsiyesi altında yapılması pek akla gelmez. Çok kolay değildir SGK açısından. Burada bir kar söz konusu değil. Aletin çalışmasının sürdürülebilirliği açısından bu şekilde olması gerekiyor. Parçalar sürekli değişiyor. Birkaç ameliyattan sonra kollar yenileniyor. Ayrıca burada robotik cerrahi ile yapılan ameliyatlar diğer metotlarla yapılabilen ameliyatlar. Bu anmada vatandaşlarımızın katkı sağlaması gerekiyor. 2 bin 500 TL gibi bir miktar ödeyerek bu sistemle ameliyat olunabiliyor. Robotik cerrahi sitemle ameliyat yapılacak bölgede küçük bir delik açıldıktan sonra robotun kolları ile içeri giriliyor. Masa başında lojistiklerle yönlendirilen robotun kolları içerde cerrahi işlemi gerçekleştiriyor." şeklinde konuştu.
